About Me

Tony made a significant difference during his time at Kensington and Chelsea College, working closely with me into the merger with Morley College London. He was a highly effective interim position holder who not only identified areas of focus but ensured improvement happened apace on his watch. He was instrumental in collating the College Self Assessment Report commended by Ofsted during a monitoring visit, and implementing a programme of ongoing CPD for staff to support improvements in Learning and Teaching. He worked effectively across all areas of the college with curriculum managers and external stakeholders/subcontractors across the college's curriculum and quality processes. He  managed a team of Advanced Practitioners developing innovative observation and learning work schemes as part of the college's successful Strategic College's Improvement Fund bid. His highly personable and humour led approach was most welcome during some challenging times. He is to be highly recommended.

I have worked with Tony to improve standards in a GFE College.  He is absolutely committed to raising standards for all learners and possesses the necessary leadership skills to effectively lead curriculum managers. He is astute when conducting self-assessment, possessing a clear understanding of the requirements of the Education Inspection Framework. His experience in working across a number of education and training sectors, in the UK as well as other countries, serves him well; he has a sound knowledge of education principles which he applies well in his work. He is a very personable and has the required people skills to work effectively with his colleagues. I would highly recommend Tony to work in any quality or curriculum role in the FES sector
